What points are for

Points are non-transferable usage units for Vector Chao's own AI-assisted vectorization in desktop tools, including the Illustrator plugin. They cannot be used with other merchants. This website is for accounts, point purchases and purchase history. It does not provide online conversion.

Each available package shows its point quantity, price and currency before checkout. Points are credited after payment is confirmed. Point packages are one-time purchases, with no recurring subscription.

Refunds

Unused purchased points may be refunded at their original purchase price per point, with no fixed deadline for requesting a refund. Points already consumed for conversions are not refundable. Any rights you have under applicable law still apply.

To request a refund, email weiqi66@gmail.com with your order ID and your account email if one is linked, or tell us which sign-in method you use. We review your point balance and purchase records, then calculate the eligible refund from unused points and the original purchase price. Within the payment provider's refund window, approved refunds go to the original payment method where available. After that window, we handle approved refunds manually and agree on a practical refund method with you.

Payment questions or disputes

If a charge looks wrong or your points do not appear after payment, email weiqi66@gmail.com with your order ID, a description of the issue and your account email if one is linked, or your sign-in method. We review the payment and account records and work with you to resolve it.
